Kootenay Park cabin

Mrs. Charles Crook stands in front of the Crook’s cabin in Kootenay National Park, 1959. The Crook’s cabin stood in what is now called Crook’s Meadow, located 34 kilometres northeast of Radium along Highway 93. Behind the cabin stood a fire tower lookout (not pictured) for spotting wildfires.
