Heinz Burghardt passed away at the Peter Lougheed Centre in Calgary, AB, after a lengthy illness on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at the age of 47 years. Heinz was born in Invermere, BC on October 1, 1960. He is survived by his son Heinz Joseph; mother Kay (James) McNaughton; sister Johanna Mackay; niece Summer; nephew Chance; grandmother Florence MacFarlane; uncle David (Nancy) Leckschas; aunt Barbara Banham; and cousin Michelle Banham. Heinz was predeceased by his brother Arne in 1979 and his father Heinz Sr. in 1998. Memorial Service will be held at COMMEMORATIVE SERVICES (5502-2nd Street SE / one block east of Macleod Trail on 53rd Ave. SW, Calgary, AB) on Friday, August 15, 2008 at 11:00 am with The Rev.
