Jeers to them not having the foresight to avoid unnecessary traffic backing up on the detour route from 1st to 10th Ave. If there is a next time, may I suggest covering the stop sign at 1st and 10th and putting temporary stops of 10th Ave., north and south of the intersection? Jeers to me for not having a garage sale on that day. I could have made a lot of money!
