to Copper Point Golf Club and The View restaurant, particularly to our host Brian Schaal and Thijs Boersma, the new chef. There will be a wonderful new place for fine dining in the Valley! Every sample of their new menu options from the appetizers, to the entrees to the desserts was spectacular! Enjoyed every moment of the evening – the serving staff made it fun!
