Cheers to all those who stopped to help me after my tumble on the Legacy Trail Friday, July 9. Everybody, including the men from Medicine Hat who arrived with blankets and sunshield, John who held my head for half an hour and Chris from Toby Benches who called the ambulance and went to get my fellow cyclists. Also, to my dear friends Cam and Eloise who were there with help, support and organized cars, bicycles and dinner. You are all awesome, thank you.
