to the person at Kinsmen Beach on February 12th that allowed her two very young toddler children to approach a deer while she was a few hundred feet away sitting at the picnic table. The children were within 3 feet of the deer. The deer was afraid of your children as they followed the deer around for about 10 minutes. Then you came over and joined them by taking a picture on your cell phone. The deer made every attempt to get away. Had there been an incident it would have been the fault of the deer. Please people use your common sense, they are wild animals and will protect themselves if it is needed. Whether we have children or dogs we need to give them their space.
