to the local condo board that allows sprinklers to run every night for 8 hours in spite of all the rain! I was told by board members that were on a flat rate and it doesnt cost us any more. I emailed the property manager several times to turn the water off and her answer was: I take my direction from the board. Huge Jeers for that!
