to the people who think it is okay to yell, swear, get mad at or make uncalled for hand gestures at receptionists for absolutely no reason. Taking your anger out on someone who is doing the very best they can to assist you by following their job requirements as well as apologizing (profusely) for something that is not their fault and/or have no control over is extremely rude. Just because the receptionist is the first person you see when walking into a business does not mean you should blast them with rage.
