to the Albertan who passed a vehicle that slowed down and pulled over on the highway. They did it to give the oncoming emergency vehicle room. Not so you could pass them. If you cant see an emergency vehicle coming at you with lights flashing or you dont know that you are supposed to slow down and make room for them, then maybe you shouldnt be driving.
