to the RCMP member who decided to have a high-speed chase near the Best Western on New Years Eve, not taking into consideration pedestrians or peoples vehicles. You could have killed yourself, a pedestrian, or the person you were chasing. I dont think riding a quad downtown is harming anyone. Be safe!
