You should not be yelling, swearing or showing favoritism. If theres a problem, take the person aside and get both sides of the story before jumping to conclusions and yelling. Workers show respect for each other in speech as well as good work ethics. Doesnt mean you need to be friends, just friendly. Do your work, go home and relax knowing you did the best you could.
