Dear Editor:
On behalf of the staff and residents of Columbia House we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you who take time to volunteer.
From the local auxiliaries, the Happy Hands, the Legion, Rotary Club, teachers, junior volunteers, and students of our local schools, to our musical entertainers, dancers, and individuals who come in to read, visit, bake and lead the exercise program.
Also, thanks to those who decorate the facility, garden in the summer, and to those who support our bus outings. Also, those who supply us with Christmas trees, ornaments to paint, and birthday cakes. Thanks to the town merchants who took time to bring holiday shopping to Columbia House.
To all the valley businesses that donate the things we need, and to all of you angels who wear many different hats, thank you. We are truly blessed to have you all in our lives. Thank you for being so generous, thoughtful and so true. And thank you most of all for just being you.
