Thank you to Jessie Blakley for her letter in the March 25th edition of The Pioneer, Local contractors offer quality.
I completely agree with her. Having worked on projects in the valley where many of the subs are coming from Calgary, it is nearly impossible to get anyone back to do deficiencies.
However, I do feel that some local contractors have not come back down to reality.
The market is not what is once was. We need to be willing to do the job for what its worth today, not what it was worth four years ago.
