Once again, a husband and wife team in Athalmer is inviting people to their Halloween house on October 27 and 28.

Donna and Arnold Scheffer are opening their yard and home for tours this Friday and Saturday night from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at 410-3rd Avenue.

The tour begins from the back alley and enters the house via the back deck and patio door.

“It is a Halloween house, so it is spooky but nothing will jump out at you to scare you,” said Donna.

The tour is designed for people of all ages; you don’t need to have a child with you to enjoy it, however, children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult to enter.

There is no admission fee, but there will be a container for Terry Fox donations and a box for non-perishable food items for the local Food Bank.

There will be no tours on Halloween night, October 31.
