I have personally sent my resumes to all the companies that have employment ads in this newspaper yet not one reply as of this date. You make it appear there is a demand yet when valley residents apply for the job postings, you ignore them to justify hiring foreign workers. Yes, our valley may not be able to handle the influx of tourists in the summer but come slow season; there is not even enough jobs for the valley residents. Deal with the complexity of the business model; hard times are yet to come!
