Jeers to the boss who laid down rules and ties the hands of front line workers. The recent incident we have experienced has made us all wonder if you really know what you are doing. You were asked for a concrete direction yet you never replied to the request. Where were you when the directives you have put in place is not applicable and discordant ? Walk the talk and practice what you preach. Becoming a manager can happen overnight but to be an effective leader, you will need trust and respect which unfortunately you have lost over the course of this ordeal.
