to Interior Health for making their senior citizens at Columbia House sit out on the street to smoke their cigarettes. This is the last place they will call home and they are not even able to sit and enjoy their cigarettes in the comfort of their own residence! How sad is that! And now they have also taken the resident cat away, that is very therapeutic to the residents! Whats with that? Obviously they are not to be able to enjoy anything in their last years!
