We are now able to post a selection of our articles online, and invite comments from you and your friends to discuss the news in the Columbia Valley. In addition, everything we post online will be archived and searchable for years to come _ and you will be able to email links to the articles to your friends, family and clients. How do I read the current issue online?
This button will ALWAYS link you to the online version of the current issue.
If you want to read our current edition online, look no further than the top right-hand corner of our page. Look for the current cover, and the “Read Online” button. The cover will change every week, but the button stays the same. You will always be able to quickly and easily reach our online paper every week through this very simple button.
How do I read the past issues online?
By clicking our 'Read Online' category, you'll be taken to our growing list of published newspapers. You will be able to browse each and every issue by date.
If you’re looking for a previous version of The Pioneer, the “Read Online” category is the place to go. You can quickly and easily see all the issues we have published, organized by date, month and year. To get here, just click the ‘Read Online’ button shown to the left.
All you have to do is find the issue you want to read and click!
So, how do I actually read the issues?
You can now read our paper from the comfort of your browser window, just like how you would if it was actually in front of you. You can even flip the pages as if it were the real printed copy. To do this, click the white arrow found on the edge of the pages to navigate forward and backward. You can also print pages from the Issuu window by clicking the Print button while browsing the page you would like printed. If the browser window is too small, you can also read the issue in fullscreen by clicking the Fullscreen button. To return, just press the 'escape' button on your keyboard. Alternatively, you can always download our Issues as PDFs just like you're used to, by clicking the Download PDF button below the issue date on the top left.
We’re happy to offer our paper online via Issuu.com‘s world class service. Through a very powerful and very compact window, you are able to view our entire paper quickly and easily, without actually downloading anything.
We do understand that some people like to download the issue to their computer, so that option is still available by clicking the “Download PDF” button.
