Rockies vs Fernie Ghostriders game postponed tonight

Due to tragedy at Fernie arena earlier this week, Friday, October 20th game to be rescheduled

The Rockies announced Thursday, October 19th that due to the tragic event that occurred in Fernie Arena earlier this week; and despite the best efforts of the Fernie GhostRiders, they have been forced to reschedule our game due to be played on Friday October 20th. Details of the revised date will be published in due course.

The team thanks fans for their understanding regarding this.

“Our thoughts and prayers remain with the City and People of Fernie; the GhostRiders, and the families and friends of those who lost their lives,” they statated on Facebook Thursday afternoon.
