It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Dorothy (Dot) who left us peacefully in Invermere Hospital on May 21, 2020.
Dorothy is pre-deceased by her parents (Bertram and Kathleen Kester), brothers Kenneth (Ken) Kester and James (Jim) Kester, husband John Herbert (Jack) Dunstan, son John Stephen Dunstan, and husband Donald Forster.
Dot is survived by daughter Dorothy Lynne Dunstan, son Kenneth Martin Dunstan, and several grandchildren.
Dot spent the last four years at Columbia Garden Village, and she had nothing but praise and affection for everyone that worked there. She loved playing bridge and inviting friends in for happy hour. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Columbia Gardens and to the Kester family. Your help and support are much appreciated.
A celebration of Dorothy’s life will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation are welcome.
