Florence May “Flo” Jervis
Flo was born in Montreal. She waited for her sweetheart, Ivan Jervis who was with the Canadian Air Force in World War II. When he returned after the war ended, they were married and soon had three daughters. As is Air-Force life, they moved many times, living in Canada and France. Ivan passed away suddenly in 2005. Flo then moved to Invermere, living 13 years here and grew to love our small town.
Flo loved socializing and found friends wherever she went. She loved swimming and cards, dancing and just having fun (and getting into mischief). She loved her family very much.
Flo leaves behind her daughters, April Stelter (Michael), Donna Power (Michael), Debbie Jervis (Ben) and her grandchildren, Ryan, Sylvia, Daniel and great-grandchild, Kaden.
We miss you so much Mom and Grandma. You are always in our hearts. “Dance on girl, to your next adventure”.
Please join us in celebrating Flo’s life on Saturday, May 12th at Columbia Garden Village 2 – 4 p.m.
