Passed away December 27th, 2018 after a lengthy stay at Columbia House.

Born in Beckley, West Virginia, December 26, 1947 to Cliff and Mary Anne Brooks. She is survived by her husband Dr. Donald Miller and brother Randell Brooks.

A very special thank you to all the wonderful staff at Columbia House where Rebecca will be remembered for her joyful attitude, lively wit and love of music.
