While living in Vancouver, Sean passed away as a result of an accidental fentanyl overdose and subsequent cardiac arrest. Sean was able to donate organs, and he has saved the lives of four people. He is survived by his parents, Wendy and Liam, and his sister, Blair.

Memorial services are still to be determined. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver. We hope this tragedy encourages anyone suffering with addiction or drug use to seek help as soon as possible. Sean will be remembered fondly by many for his unique and beautiful personality, his love of milk, and his passion for rock and roll.
