More than 41 cm of light, dry powder dumped on Panorama Mountain Resort between the morning of Saturday March 14 and Monday March 16. 22 cm fell over Sunday night and blanketed the entire mountain Monday morning, bringing the resort up to 362 cm of snow for the season. It is the second largest snowfall in two years.

102/123 trails are open with all ten lifts operating. The snowfall has brought the depth of snow at the summit to 145 cm.

Throughout the season weve countered the quirks of Mother Nature through a massive snowmaking effort and a tireless focus on grooming. Panoramas snow base has withstood the worst of the weather and now our guests are making the most of the 41cm that piled on top in the past couple of days. Its game on, and were not talking about golf, said Panoramas Director of Sales and Marketing, Marke Dickson.

Dickson continues, This was the biggest snow storm of the season and it immediately sparked a spike in Spring Break reservations. Closing day is April 12 and without a doubt well be skiing top to bottom until then.
