While no speeding tickets were handed out, it was fun to watch the Peter, Peter Pumpkin Eater Street Race Classic in Invermere on Oct. 21.
Numerous families showed up with some very creative pumpkins on wheels that were put to the “ramp test” to see whose gourd was the fastest.
“She’s my little deuce . . . pumpkin, you don’t know what I got.”
