The Radium Hot Springs Fire Department has recognized Capt. Todd Logan for his longtime service and dedication.

Logan joined the department in 1993. Since then the firefighter has been  a key figure in the department and in the community.

Logan served multiple terms as a councillor for the village. He was also instrumental in establishing the fire department’s tradition of driving around on Christmas Eve with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Logan is a trained medical first responder, providing pre-ambulance care to the community. He is always willing to assist with community events, department training, and administrative tasks.

“Captain Logan is an extremely valued member, and his 30 years of service to the department and community is so greatly appreciated,” the fire department says.

Logan accepted the accolades at the fire department’s recent Christmas dinner and recognition ceremony.
