Dear Editor:
Who is this irresponsible boat owner on the Riverside Golf Course section of the Columbia River on Friday, July 22nd? He comes flying around a corner and has to cut his engine because of people in the river. Not only floaters, kayaks, canoes, but people swimming downstream. These boats should not be allowed on the river, not just for safety, but for environmental reasons.
