Dear Editor:
Being a daily walker around Invermere, I am amazed and disgusted at the amount of trash thrown to the sides of the walkways and roads. Discarded pop bags, beer cans, plastic water bottles, untold amounts of paper, etc. Now added to the mix are used face masks everywhere.
Come on people; this lovely village is our home. Please make use of the numerous garbage and recycle bins around town or dispose of the trash at home.
