Dear Editor:
Congratulations and a big thank you to the citizens, businesses, and town council of Invermere. My sister, from Calgary, invited me out for a visit to her place on Lake Windermere. Despite the regrettable problem of forest fire smoke, we enjoyed our visit a lot. Everywhere we went restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, thrift stores, hardware stores, gas stations people couldnt have been nicer. A special hats off to your gardening crews. The flowers all over town were exceptional. Keep up the good job you are all doing, especially in these challenging times.
